anyway, i think my stats are quite low. normal period = 5% stress
stress period = 30%. very stressful = 60%

stress definition is quite broad for me. doing things quickly and not aware that you can no need to do so fast means you cannot control yourself well and will subject yourself to stress.

thinking, deciding and acting is a common source of stress becaue a lot of time our beliefs and actions are not parallel and this can create confusion and frustration easily. however, no matter how different our thoughts, decision and actions are, we should not feel emotional over any discrepency.

mistakes, contradicitng actions, errors are independent of my physiological body. even if we commit them, we should just take note of it. that is all.

i still have a lot of imprvement in my stress managment techniques.

summary of life from now.
stuck in a body, in a certain view i will be always until i die. i will keep sensing my body but when i am doing things, i will be doing the thing i am in (singing). the number of things i will do is very different from one another. singing and handling some machine is hard to relate to one another right?

the external world runs on a schedule, there is always a timetable and things will run according to it. 1st week syllabus, lab session, proect meeting, tests and finally exams. then holiday, it is your free time planning. back to school will kick start another timetable schedule. in my reversit traing also got. in my work in the future it will be even more changes in events according to timetables and unexpected event.

these changes does not wait for you. you can be calm or nervous, foucssing on your breathing or thinking about theories but it is going to run on its own because there will be people enforcing this changes, and you have to keep up with it or else you may fail at times.

changes, planned or unexpected ones will stay and change accordingly, but you will remain in your body, with the character, behavior, habits and thoughts that change less frequently than these external changes.

as said before, there are two planes which you have to distinguish and has good control on them.
your inner body and outside world, which has much differences and a good balance is needed. causlity(time) will occur continously within yourself and the outside world. the important points are the following.

there are good and bad outcomes in life. it should not be linked to your physiological body and hurt it.

there are painful period and non painful periods. pains like headache or fever are irremovable pain.

pain intenisty and variety ranges from mild, medium, large and infinity. infinity pain intenisty and varitey is superbad outcome and unbearable.
