will i be stress in the future?
as long as you forget to focus on your body discomfort caused either by tensioning of some muscles, state of your body or certain pain, you will then be stress.
tension of muslces
- thinking of someone you are afraid of or thinking of a sentence that someone has made you feel hurt physiologically, can create a certain tightening of some muslces somewhere in the head, neck and/or chest region.
- watching an event that has good or bad outcome like fanatic fan watching penalty kicks, or seeing your family member being put in a dangerous situation that may or may not cause death or suffering will create a corresponding contraction and relaxation of muslces that reflects the danger of the situation.
state of body
-tiredness, sickness, energy level, sleepiness, casued by the biological cycle of the body.
- characteristics of the environment you are in.
1. the room is stuffy
2. hot weather
3. quietness and noiseness can cause the muscles and thus your body to feeling to change through the ear
4. air-con, humidity
5. electromagnetic effect, magnetic effect, electrical effect, pressure, mechanical and some unknown process that can affect the body
- hunger
- constipation, buttocks pain
location of pain
- some pain is obvious won't create stress as you know that it is the particular pain which you won;t mix up with other thing.
- some pain like buttock pain, hunger pangs, heartburn, fatigue sleepiness discomfort get mix up with issues easily and create stress.
