in order to do things correctly, you have to be very alert all the time and has huge experience in mindfulness and has many knowledge to react rightly, think right and control your physiological body.

you have to be alert and flexible on two frontiers and is able to switch between two places quickly, correctly and know the characteristics of each aspects and their correlation.

these two aspects is the body and the situation you are in. the situation affects your body and your body interact with it. you will become more efficient if you can handle these two aspects very well. become very calm and has no stress.

throughout your life, you will be left with irremovable pain, until some fatalistic, great misfortune or death occurs....................
