summary

summary

i do not know how my calmness skill is now. if you calmness skill, it only mean that you will not have removable pain. if it is low, you will suffer mental, emotion and physical stress now and then.

you have to still aim to achieve calmness because it really helps to minimze the suffering in your life.

if death occurs, then too bad, it is a bad thing.
if intolerable, unimaginable, unbearable, excuriating and maddening pain or discomfort occurs forever either mentally, emotionally or physically, then it will happen and it is a very bad thing.

from now, you will be stuck with present moment all the time, in your body. however, your encounters in life will change. at one moment you will be studying biology, then the next is electronic devices and the next moment you may be standing in front of a priest in some ceremony. soon you may find yourself dealing with a person who is scolding you and you have to figure things out.

as you can see, your surroundings event will change irregardless you feel calm or not calm. as you are thinking of all those calm theories, your situation is not going to wait for you. it is going to remain same if the condition says so and change when it should.

these experiences are going to be unrelated with each other but they are all part of your life and experienced by the same body of yours. you will decide why you want to do them, and think and observe each moment of your life or you may also be just totally absorbed into the situation.

time will pass, your cells will regenerate, and as a human being you will approach death. so you continue to experience life, and plan things. at the end of the day, you will mostly likely just die. during which pain, experience and other things will occur.
