not aware of stress occuring
there may be incidents that stress is occuring on me and i do not know. i will only know that i am feeling frustrated about something, impatient or angry but it will not occur to me that i have to take note of this event as source of removable stress and remember so that i can prevent it from happening the next time.
thus, an important thing for me is to uncover these unaware stress that hit me without me knowing.
example. i was thinking that i still have a project that i have not done and i was unwilling to do it because i want to study for my core subjects but it is something that still has to be done the project. the thought of this then cause frustration and pain which are removable as the thought of project and study balance create a corresponding physiological discomfort conditioning effect.
