so a zero stress life is it really great?
a zero stress life compared to a life where you do not learn about stress has a large difference in terms of the amount of pain disocomfort you experience. without stress you will not experience any of the below common feelings. it is a gradual thing however, meaning as you need to one by one to become more calm.

-worry
-anxiety
-fear
-impatient
-guilty
-hatred
-inferiority
-depressed
-lonely
for normal human, negative emotions deos not occur frequently, based on my experience, it occurs may every 50 hour you will experience 1 hour of stress. most of the time we will be feeling normal and doing our things.
the frequency of stress is not constant. it increases when things like exam, certain fear is coming or when certain unexpected bad things happen. when there is no stressor around, then there is very little stress. minor things like cannot find your handphone, watching television, and waiting for soemthing for too long also can cause stress.
the above stats may not be good enough. during little stress period, the percentage is 1%.
during stressful period, the percentage is 6%.
judging that the frequency may not be very high, one may think that learning to be calm may not be very important. in terms of physical pain period, it may not be very frequently that we feel discomfort, however, it has some effect on the decisions that we make due to these pain, the characters , beliefs and attitude we form.
