removing all stress
stress occurs in two ways. one is the discomfort of body that comes by itself. another is the discomfort of the body caused by the tension of certain internal muscles.
instead of knowing that the discomfort comes from our body or the tension of some internal muscles, we place the discomfort on external source like meeting your boss or taking an exam, this will cause stress which will remain while the event is on.
there are few ways to remove stress. one way is to sit down and think of all the events that can can stress. catergorise them will help you to predict the that a event will be stressful. it also helps you to apply the solution of controlling you stress from one situation to another similar or different one. by finding all the events, you can also practise imagining them or go towards them in reality to experience and learn how to remove them.
a second way is to focus on the physiological aspect and the awareness of body. by increasing your mindfulness, whenever stress occur, you will remeber to look at your body condition first and then sort it out from the problem. if you mindfulness is low, you will simply just get absorb into the event and will not know how to remove the pain.
hence, even if i have told myself that all removable stress are caused by body, it does not mean that i will automatically don't have stress in life.
