The most important thing will always be body awareness because it is constant medium where you will be always stuck with in your life wherever you are and all stress will lead to the body. This is because our sense of self and existence requires the body.
You will hence alternate between stress period and non stress period. During stress period, you have to know the methods of body awareness (mindfulness) to minimize the pain you feel.
During non stress period you will not think about your body and be just be focusing on the thing you are doing. All this happens only if you are alive and death can occur anytime in many ways. The most common death caused by aging, followed by diseases.
