feelings are physical manifestation

yes i am right. funny, humorous, happy, jubilant, eager , sad, jealousy and fear are all actually physical sensations. however, when we communicate with people, it is easier to bundle all the descrptions to these adjectives to bring across the idea faster.

of course such a benefit also has cons. first, people are too frequently using such adjectives that they forget that they are physical manifestations and has nothing much to do with the issue at hand. instead, the more they focus on adjectives, the more concrete these words becomes.

then, these words are package together with unique situations and form a package of when-do-get situation. a kind of cycle, when you are preprogramme to react in certain kind of ways in situations.

the benefit? well, you react to things automatically, and hence there is this kind of efficiency in doing things.

the problems? many of our reaction to things ar eincorrect, and we are not aware of it. because they are really too many things in life, we busy ourselves with too many things and hence given the same amount of time, we have less time for each thing and with less time, you of course have less time to reflect and correct any mistakes you have in the problems.

to break up many of this undesriable eelings-thoughts-reaction to issues in life that wastes much of our time lsoing ourselves and mismanaging the issue, we have to learn each of the sequence, component and spend many time. because all this happens within ashort period of time, it makes it harder for us to separate each of them and look at them objectively to learn about the nature of them and the correlation between one another so that we can control more things , even if not everything also fine.

lets say you are instructed to carry a heavy sandbag to the end of the shooting range that is hundred metre away. you have only few hours of sleep yesterday hence you are semi conscious and feeling very irritated and frustrated all happening very fast. as a result, you feel your unhappiness and belief that thigns are happening bad for yo u at the moment, so you do certain actions like frowning or squeezing your eyebrows in despair. then with all these reactions, your brain senses them and realize from experiences that this king of reactions is associataed with unhappiness and frustration. so you has this second wave of realization that you are really in unhappy mode and the situation is really unhappy. you start thinking that life is unfair and army sucks. and you see yourselvse in the green hot uniform and carrying with you much annoying emotions. all these are happening in a very fast manner and usually people are not being able to distinguish what the hell is exaclty happen. they only come up with wrong causal reasoning like, "i am in this shit because of the event" and make their life worse. altogether they may have spent twenty minutese here and there making their life worse because they combined all the thoughts , feelings reactions and issue at hand together and make quick conclusion about it. this kind of this is called the conditioning effect where things are attached to things even though they are independent but because they happen more or less at the same time, the human brain perceive to be a packaged thing and are related in a way which is in truth not the case. they just happen at the same time. moreover, people today are very used to multi tasking wheree they try to do different things all at the same time and althoug its seems like they have done many things it is not so instead they habit of changing your focus here and there has certains pros and cons and you need to be very cautious about it to strike a fine balance. the example is like what my teacher say a vicious cycle.

first, you must isolate your reactions, sensations, your thougths and remind yourself they are separate entities. don't let the sensation of discomfort caused by the frowning of eyebrows attached to the carrying of the heavy sandbag and conclude that carrying sandbag is really discomfort when not knowing that your frowning eyebrows is a source of discomfort in itself which can be removed if you stop frowning.

your reactions are so because of your habits and past experiences that you will react in this way if this happens. a conditioning. maybe at the time , you have no time to figure out exactly why this is so but at least you should not let you reactions spill over to other sectors. never fight your reactions and think this is a non ideal reaction i must not make this mistake now. instead, acknowledge it. reactions are usually related to the releases of chemicals, and yeah, feelings also.
so even if there are no triggers anymore, they need more time to settle down when the chemicals finally ceased to take effect.

thoughts is related to language you in language we have what we called logical fallacies meaning that certain sentences are false or true and also with a certain degree of accuracy. the point is, our thoughts is also a random words generator that churn out ideas in a certaiin complex way. this certain has its advatndges to me. but also disadvantges.

so the unifying solution to such effect of random thoguhts, or complex thoughts to be more accurate is that when your brain is throwing up ideas, opinions, decisions and concepts, you must be be very careful with them, don't commit the mistakes of jumping to conlusion, carefully look at the complexity of the issue at hand, and all other logical problems. even whne you realize you make a mistakes or make a correct point, that itself, is also containing logical things on whtether you knwo how you react to you reaction, like how you thinkin about your thnking, how you feel about your feeling.
