logic refers to how something should be done due to reasoning.
habits is something that we keep doing the same things so that we can do it automatically and fast. but when we are changing ourselves, according to our logic, we tend to stay unchanged because habits is in effect. so whenever you identify a habit and the need to change, remember to change the habit. how do you change? follow nike advice. Just do it. in some cases, you realize you cannot change. this maybe due wrong logic which you assume that is was right.
