example

let says you get D, D+, C+, c , b for exam in university.

the issue is neutral, the result of person so and so is as above. it involves no feeling.

so where does the feeling comes from.

the person. lets add person a and b.

person a. looks at his result and cry. he feels that this is an unaccepted result for him. for the next two days he keeps remembering his results and starts thinking about it.

person b looks at his result for a while, feels nothing and then continue to go to downstairs and play soccer with his neighbours. he did not think anything about the results at all.

obviously, we can see that the so called emotion are actaully a variable factoe. in fact, it has no constructive use regarding the matter.

we now look at the logic of the matter. first, we leave out the emotion factor, because they are not useful and are merely phyiscal sensations. there is nothing to be sad or even happy if you get straights As. we should always look at the logic of the issue in multpile perspective and how we should act on it in a objective way.

logic of issue- this results means no need to retake. the cap score is lowered. these are some basic facts, but we no need to feel anything about it. is there anything to change? no . then you drop making planning for the thing. if there are things to change, then you plan for it. work out a business plan, just like when you are making a business, making a assesment, doing a project.

see, the idea is to be constructive.
