being in the moment
things like waiting, walking, idling in a stationary position, nothing to do are activities too which are frequently not being aware of.
and as i have said before, you know need to feel shiok or have pleasant feeling. in life, being calm and emotionless is good enough.
like being stationary, dun feel like doing anything or thinking anything but have no stress, then you friends or people around you are exhibitng laughing or happy moods, no need to question yourself why you are not like them or feel confused. no need to question what is the right reaction and dun know the answer. the right reaction in life is to be calm that is good enough, and pay attention to your body state and isolate it.
your mind and behavior can be learned to be correct but not doing uncessarily things, keeping harping your answers in your mind.
