What is the purpose of life? Write an essay of 400 words.

Life is of no purpose. There are a lot of pseudo-purpose, like “live life to the fullest”, “to be contended with life”, “to have love, fun with friends and family”. Sadly, they are all drilled into our brain by the society, family, cultures and history, and media.

To understand life, we have to zoom in to the word life. It is referring to human life and specifically you. you the person who is reading this article now. Not the person who is sitting next to you, not your best friend. Not them because your conscience does not lie in them but only within a single body that is residing in you now.

You are merely mortal. Like all living things, you undergo the process of birth, growing, ageing and death. When you die in the future, like all other living things, like all those that have died in the past, your body system processes cease to stop, blood stop flowing because heart has stop. Your immune system cannot produce enough antibodies, whit blood cell to be precise to defend against disease and foreign particles. In other cases, your vital organs fail by accident or illness, which cause your body to fail. As a result, your mind goes blank, your physical body lie still and you have essential die.

That is all. There is no afterlife, no alternative, at least the proof given is insufficient. Decomposition or being burned into bones and ashes is the next thing. but you will not be thinking anymore, there is no soul of you floating here and there. Your mind has vanished. And you have become history other than the pictures that is still kept at the house. But there are merely pictures of your images.

There earth will continue to rotate without you. the ice caps is still melting and earth and the remaining human population and animals are still evolving.. for other surving people, they are also living their own stories and living in their wn pseudo purpose.
you just need to know that you will die at the end of the day, either 50 years or 90 years, depending on the circumstances you meet.

Infact, the sense of self identity, self conscience and you are just an idea. You think that there exist really a you, a unique you that has a soul. But truth tells us that you merely think that you exist, and such idea will disappear when you die.

Well, all of us truly have choices in life. We can choose to be the best by hardwork and live a efficient and rich life with fun and little suffering. On the other hand you can choose to blame everything except yourself, suffer most of the time, be a nobody and work all your life without money before you die. The first case is obviously more attractive but does that mean our purpose of life is to fall in the first case and not the second.

On first thought, this might seem to be our purpose of life. By common sense. But exactly, this is not the case. When we try to improve ourself based on common sense, it is a natural cause. People will naturally follow common sense. It is imbued in them, their brain. Put a food near them, and they will eat it to give the strength. Give them internet and they will read up self help materials because they know that it will benefit them. although they will also waste their time and watch pornography. Well but all this doing of wrong things is itself natural thing. human has the tendency to do the wrong things and be stupid.

The point is that human, and hence you, has its own way of evolving, by common sense and by automatic behavior, like river flowing down the hilltop. There is only a common ending for you, and that is death hence you should be neutral about anything that happens.

A rich man will be rich. A successful and smart will become one. An angry person will be one. A angry person in early life will become better. It all depends on the circumstances that each one meets in his life. Then, when his time comes he will die. Pseudo purposes all merely faked ideas. And your life will finish once your time on earth is up. Each an everyone of us, human that is, has the same lifespan of about ninety years. it is just a matter of whether you are a history, whether you are still living or whether you still have not been born yet.
