points to remember
i am subjected to the following problems
danger
mental suffering
physical suffering
emotional suffering
these above points although they are general points that you do not use often as you may think of specific theories and perspectives to deal with issues everyday.
however, it is still helpful because by remembering them only, you will remind yourself better by knowing that these three types of suffering and dangers may happen to you so that you are more prepared in cases where these points are useful.
so, you just remember this 4 things. other theories you can just write them down somewhere.
