practise and theory are not unique

books always say "theory without practice is useless"
this is not right all the times. sometimes it is very difficult to apply theory because there is a lot of theory to learn first before you can practise it.

books usually give one chapter one an idea and tell you go to practise. but actually the idea behind the practise is far more deeper. if you practise all day but stops to learn, you will be most likely not be making progress.

likewise to be unbias, learning all day without practise is also an atuomatic route to stagnation.

therefore, theroy and practise should be treated more of a single and intergrated entity. in terms of feeling and thinking is also the same concept.
