feeling moody easily recently

just thought of writing and expressing my inner feelings here.
recently, i am feeling moody easily.

anyway, i got a theory to write.

first, conditioning, negative thoughts, feelings, sensations, these are just some of the keywords.

first, a child sees his parent leaving, and he found himself being alone.
this information leads him to think "i am going to be alone again" and he reacts with
feelings of sadness.
other kids may think otherwise, "yes, i can play computer games now" and his body reacts
with happiness.

that is why they say that sometimes happiness depend on your perception of things. you have to see the optimistic side, then you will be happier.

going back to the lonely child again. this child is now feeling tired physically. it is unknown what is the root cause of his poor health. he seems to be very prone of tiredness. we can now observe that this child is feeling twp types of discomfort for that moment. they are

1. discomfort of tired body

2. conditioned feelings of loneliness

both are body sensations. and sometimes the brain is not being able to differentiate which is which. hence, we can see that we sometimes have wrong understanding about things that happen in life because this sensations, thoughts happens in pattern that makes analysis errorneous.

negative thoughts produce body discomfort and vice versa. i believe that body discomfort is more likely to produce and sustain a depressive mood of a person. that is to say that if you have a healthy body, then you are not prone to negative thoughts and sadness in life.

pain and fatigue is therefore two things that people should take good care of.

when depression hangs over a person for too long, what is means is that his body feels uncomfortable for a very long time. thoughts of suicide and death will surface because by being dead, he no longers will feel anything and hence the pain.

his rationality at this moment is that therefore death is better than living in his current moment which is filled with discomfort he could not remove. of course, this logic is wrong. but he would not realize it anyway.
